Boots are a big market, you see them everywhere nowadays, in most retail stores, online, speciality stores in the mall. Some would say that boots have become an obsession with me lately.

Boots can match just about any outfit, and I live in a part of the country where most of the time, the weather usually demands boots. Because of my recent fascination, I’ve come across another interesting fashion icon. Sometimes I just don’t feel like wearing hose with my boots, so I choose knee socks.

These particular kind of socks are just what I need because I can tuck them in right at the top of the boot. This enables comfort without the top of my boot rubbing against the area just above the ankle. When I want to add a little flare to the outfit, I choose over the knee socks. With so many different color variations and patterns, this little trick can accent a cute little outfit. Usually though, I find myself opting for the white knee socks. But that’s just me and my conservative self.

The possibilities and combinations are endless. I love my tan suede boots with a few inches of white knee socks peaking over the top. When I feel more attractive, my confidence level for the day increases, and we could all use a confidence boost every now and then.

So the next time you have to wear a pair of boots, or perhaps you just want to, remember, a rather inexpensive clothing item can add comfort and a fashion accent that really stands out in the crowd.

If no one takes care of the customers, it will not be long until there are no more customers to care for.

There are two ways to budget your business money and these are through set dollar amounts and percentage of income. Many businesses will budget their controllable expenses by the dollar and non-controllable by percentage of income. Obviously a good part of the owner’s time is going to be based on bringing money into the business and how much they have to spend on controllable expenses will be in direct relation to income. With any increase in business the owner will probably need the extra help to take care of the business so a percentage of income will go to more wages, thus freeing the owner to focus on generating additional income.

There are many other expenses that fall into the payroll account such as worker’s compensation charges, Social Security tax paid by the employer and paid vacation time or other perks determined by the employer. These needed to be calculated into costs when recruiting people into the business.

While you may think a budget is difficult to establish for a new business, it is essential to establish a healthy and sound financial foundation on which success can be built for the future.

So while there are many factors to be considered in accepting a loss mitigation client, the two base approval factors are: 1) Can they resume payments, or in the case of adjustable loans… they can make payments but with a loan modification; and 2) their home is at least 30 days or more away from foreclosure.

Commission Blueprint was recently released.  This Marketing product is a step-by-step guide that teaches a detailed method for making money using AdWords to drive traffic to ClickBank products.  The authors are ClickBank Super Affiliates, and they show lots of evidence that they have been very successful (including a very impressive screen shot from the ClickBank sales report page.

What do you get for your money?

What you receive for your $77 is killer. There are 14 videos (4-5 hours total run time), release notes, 3 PDF files, 2 unadvertised bonuses, 4 landing page templates, and slides for all the videos are also provided in PDF. It is total over delivery. It is an intense amount of quality content, and zero fat. The videos are good quality. You have the choice of watching them online or downloading them and viewing them offline. The format of the video is a slide show presentation with a small video camera box showing the speaker.

He is an awesome “speaker/teacher” and the quality of his presentation is very high. So, for $77 you get a ton of quality content on video and some cool bonuses that seem to give you everything that you need to get started. Question is, get started doing what?

The Commision Blueprint Approach

The angle taken in Commission Blueprint is “simple.” Pick a few items that have a chance to be successful (they explain how to pick products), do keyword research (excellent explanation here as well), estimate ROI, build landing pages (templates included), launch a PPC campaign, spend enough money to “test” the campaign in AdWords ($200-$500), pick a winner, and scale it to make real money. It sounds easy, and the methods presented seem sound, but I am betting that it is harder than it looks. It definately looks harder than Article Marketing.  I plan to try it anyway.

One thing that I liked was the fact that the old approach of “find 50,000 keywords and test them all” is no where to be found here. Instead, you start with a handful of keywords and ads and grow the campaign from there. I like that, although screening products is still a lot of work from what I can tell.

My aunt is looking for a house and lot in Antipolo and other similar Antipolo properties, so I called up an Avida Land sales consultant at +63.926 680 8747 and sent an email to Jhoanna@AntipoloProperties.com to get more information about having a dream home in Antipolo.

It turns out, one terrific community to live in is St. Gabriel Heights, an Avida Land community located just 12 minutes away from the famed in Antipolo church.

Anyway, getting back to my aunt and her OFW friends, she mentioned to me that she has a budget of about P2.5 million. Fortunately, the different house model units I saw in St. Gabriel Antipolo were well within my aunt’s price range. I wish I had taken my camera to shoot a few photos of the houses. Once you get past Shopwise, just continue onwards until you see the Flying-V gas station. The road will fork, so hang a right and drive onwards for about 7 minutes, or so. You’ll see the Avida Communities Antipolo on the right, just before the road dips down towards Rizal.

I was fortunate to have Jhoanna as my guide, because she knows the property quite well, and she’s also fun to speak with. I’m sure she and my aunt will get along just fine.

Anyway, I’ll bring my aunt to see what could be her dream house and lot in Antipolo soon. I’m sure she’ll love the place and will be proud to finally own a tranquil place she can come home to at the end of each wonderful day.

On the other hand, some people may fear that once their dream comes true, their fantasies will be fulfilled, and they shall have nothing further to dream about.

Another consideration is whether or not your dream is realistic, and if you can actually make your dreams happen. While we want to remain positive and believe that you can accomplish anything that you put your mind to, your financial and physical situation may impose limits. Take into account everything that is standing in the way of you achieving what you want to, and then figure out how you wish to get around these problems, if it is possible.

Positive energy is absolutely essential for anyone who wants to achieve there dreams: are you lacking in this area? If so, how are you going to get more. If you truly desire to have your dreams come true, then daily and persistent steps should be taken on your behalf to achieve this. If you simply continue to dream but take no action, you will never achieve your dreams.

The road to having your dreams come true should always include a mentor, and preferably several. These mentors are important on your journey because you will need them to give you support, encouragement, and general help on your road to success. These are the types of people who will listen to your dreams and goals without laughing or rejecting you. Naturally, they are more suitable if they share values, goals, interests, and dreams in common with you. Many things might get in your way, but always be steady in your approach, and take daily action towards achieving your dreams.
