Man, once in a while I feel like I’m “losing it” while trying to get rid of weight! Well, more specifically, when attempting to lose fat. In reality, both men and women want to maximize their muscle mass while keeping body fat low. I mean, would you rather weigh 200 lbs. with 30% bodyfat, or weigh two-hundred lbs with 10% bodyfat?
